• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure service quality.
• Assist with stock receiving, unpacking, and organization on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and ensure daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and manage merchandising with the leadership team.
• Perform store maintenance and routine housekeeping tasks.
