The role includes opening/closing duties, supporting onboarding and ongoing training, and helping drive sales while managing expenses. Flexible day/evening/weekend availability is expected in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensures fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and their performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff management and urgent issues.
• Occasionally opens or closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, sets alarms, and ensures smooth operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Performs store maintenance such as cleaning and stock room organization.
