Job summary

Five Below in Holland, OH is seeking an energetic store leader to supervise crew, train on the BEST customer service, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will act as Manager on Duty when needed and help open or close the store.

Requirements include a High School diploma (college experience preferred), at least 1 year of management experience, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact and trains crew on service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and housekeeping.
