Responsibilities

• Ensure crew delivers WOW customer service through personal contact.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and monitor performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling operations and staff issues.
• Open/close the store, manage cash handling and security procedures.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
