You will train staff, oversee daily activities, and help with stock, merchandising, and opening/closing routines. This hourly position starts at $11.50 and offers opportunities to grow within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Train the crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure performance and service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management, and customer issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and prep for daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance such as cleaning and stock room upkeep.
