Job summary

Five Below is seeking an hourly crew supervisor to ensure WOW customer service, train the crew, and oversee daily store operations. You’ll assist with receiving, stocking, and maintaining a welcoming sales floor while acting as Manager on Duty when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures high-quality customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, owning store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Occasionally opens or closes the store, secures cash, and ensures smooth daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by improving merchandising and staffing.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and store recovery.
• Maintains store areas including stock room, bathrooms, and cleanliness.
