Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Trains crew on BE S.T. customer service to ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for quick placement on floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and oversees store operations and staff.
• Manages opening/closing processes including cash, locks, and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Works with store leadership on merchandising procedures and operations.
• Performs store maintenance tasks including cleaning and stock-room upkeep.
