Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure they perform duties effectively with excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, secure cash, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service quality.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising procedures and recoveries.
