Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are wowed by customers through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for rapid stocking on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and assume full store operations responsibility when needed.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance improvements.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and operational procedures.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning, stock room upkeep, and general upkeep.
