Job summary

Five Below in Pleasant Hills, PA is hiring for a store leadership role. You will oversee front-end operations, train and supervise crew members, and partner with the store manager to deliver strong customer service and a vibrant shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent. College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

• Maintain composure under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on service standards.
• Leads assigned store to achieve customer service score goals set by District Manager.
• Oversees front-end operations and ensures merchandising meets brand standards.
• Maintains front-end equipment and trains associates where applicable.
• Handles opening/closing procedures and keeps the store clean and ready for customers.
• Recruits, trains, coaches, and supervises crew members; collaborates with store leadership.
• Performs store maintenance and supports operations as needed.
