Job summary

You will train crew, oversee store activities, assist with receiving and merchandising, open and close the store, and work with the leadership team to drive sales while maintaining guest service standards and a safe, productive environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and wow customers with friendly, fast service at checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure quality customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking products for quick floor placement.
• Act as manager on duty when needed, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operations.
