Responsibilities

• Frequently operate cash register and assist customers on the floor.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure customer service standards.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations and staff issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stock room and store.
