Five Below, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Support Lead in Poughkeepsie, NY. You will oversee daily store operations, train crew on customer service, and act as Manager on Duty when needed to ensure smooth shifts and exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal service at the register and on the floor.
• Train crew on best-in-class customer service per the B.E.S.T. standards.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure quality service.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Open/close responsibilities including cash handling, alarms, and opening tasks.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising and team performance.
• Coordinate with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping to keep the store presentable.
