Five Below in Pittsburgh, PA, is hiring an hourly Store Manager on Duty to lead daily operations and deliver Wow customer service. You will train crew, oversee sales floor activities, and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures while maintaining cash controls.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and potentially overnight shifts.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Ensure crew provide exceptional customer service and training.
• Oversee daily store activities and maintain staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and cash security.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping.
