Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to lead daily operations and deliver WOW customer service. You’ll supervise associates, train crew, and ensure accurate stock placement while maintaining a fast, friendly checkout experience.

This hourly role starting at $11.50 per hour requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of management experience, with a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure strong customer service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing stock for floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations and staff management.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash security, alarms, and daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses via merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures.
