Five Below is hiring for an hourly store leadership role in Pittsburgh. You will supervise crew, train staff, and ensure fast, friendly checkout experiences while supporting opening/closing duties and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Oversee daily activities of all store associates; ensure they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing of new stock for fast placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Manage opening/closing duties, securing cash, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partner with store leadership in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance (cleaning, stock room, etc.).
