Club Pilates - Jones Valley is seeking a friendly Sales Representative to drive membership growth and support members. This role combines membership sales, lead follow-up, and front desk responsibilities in a welcoming studio environment.

The ideal candidate has strong sales, communication, and customer service skills, with comfort making outbound calls and following up by phone, text, and email. Part-time hours include evenings and weekends, with opportunities for growth into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with new and existing leads to book introductory classes and convert prospects into members.
• Learn about each prospect's needs and recommend appropriate membership options.
• Conduct studio tours and explain memberships, private training, teacher training, and retail offerings.
• Prepare introductory class guests by collecting required information, confirming reservations, and ensuring waivers are completed.
• Meet individual sales goals and contribute to studio performance.
• Maintain accurate client notes, contact information, and follow-up tasks.
• Welcome members and guests, assist with check-in, and answer questions.
• Support member retention through attentive service and timely communication.
• Process sales and payments accurately.
• Help keep the front desk, retail area, and studio clean and organized.
• Assist with studio promotions, events, and community outreach as needed.
