Job summary

Riser Fitness is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support the GM in achieving studio sales goals and delivering excellent customer service. You will handle lead generation, follow-ups, and closing while promoting the studio’s programs and pricing.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to learn the Club Ready system, and a willingness to participate in community events to grow the client base. Part-time hours apply with an emphasis on sales performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication via in person, phone, and email.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the GM.
• Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales.
• Know products, programs and pricing; emphasize studio objectives.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in grassroots/community events to promote the studio.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
