Job summary

You will assist with snack coordination, materials prep, room setup, and front-line interaction with parents and students, under the Site Program Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of 48 semester units or 60 quarter units and/or pass pre-employment testing.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and student check-in/check-out processes.
• Interact with parents during drop-off and pick-up times.
• Organize and prepare materials and maintain classroom resources.
• Enter information into spreadsheets and records; protect personal data.
• Assist with payment portal management and program fee tracking.
• Support snack program coordination and inventory control.
• Perform general office duties as needed and assist with room cleanup.
• Serve as a positive role model for students and staff.
