Job summary

Think Together in Los Angeles is seeking a Part-Time Site Assistant to support student services at our site. You will help with attendance, scheduling, materials prep, data entry, and managing the payment portal.

The role also includes snack program coordination, handling records, and assisting with staff coaching and training under the Site Program Manager. A strong, friendly approach to students and families is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 48 semester units or 60 quarter units and/or pass pre-employment test.
• Ability to speak and write standard English appropriate in a public-school setting.
• Must pass Live Scan and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assists Site Program Manager with scheduling and student check-in/check-out.
• Interacts with parents during drop-off and pick-up.
• Organizes and prepares educational materials; stores resources; prepares materials for students and teachers.
• Enters information into spreadsheets and records; protects personal information.
• Assists with payment portal management and program fee tracking.
• Coordinates the snack program (orders, inventory, records).
• Performs general office duties and room cleanup as needed.
• Supports coaching and training of staff and volunteers.
