Job summary

Think Together is hiring a Part-Time Site Assistant in Fairfield, CA to support student services at sites. You will assist with attendance, materials, data entry, scheduling, and program fee tracking under the Site Program Manager.

Responsibilities include coordinating check-ins, communicating with parents, maintaining records, and supporting snack programs. A positive role model, you will also help supervise staff and contribute to special projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and write standard English in a public-school setting.
• High School diploma required; 48 semester units or 60 quarter units and/or pass pre-employment test.
• Background check via Live Scan and TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Program Manager with scheduling and student check-in/out processes.
• Interact with parents during drop-off and pick-up periods.
• Organize and prepare educational materials; manage resources and tracking records.
• Enter information into spreadsheets and forms; maintain confidentiality of student data.
• Assist with payment portal management and program fee tracking if applicable.
• Support snack program operations and inventory; assist with room cleanup as needed.
• Serve as a role model and assist with coaching and training of staff and volunteers.
