Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 48 semester units or 60 quarter units and/or pass pre-employment test.
• Ability to speak and write standard English appropriate in a public-school setting.
• Must pass Live Scan and provide a TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and student check-in/out processes.
• Interact with parents during drop-off and pick-up periods.
• Organize and prepare educational materials and store resources.
• Enter information into spreadsheets and maintain attendance records.
• Assist with payment portal management and program fee tracking.
• Coordinate snack program operations and inventories.
• Supervise students and staff in the absence of the Site Coordinator.
• Support coaching and training of staff and volunteers.
