Bay Atlantic University is seeking a part-time Information Technology student assistant to support the Academic Department. You will help with BAUHUB, Office 365, and MyBAU for academic purposes, troubleshoot user accounts, and participate in IT projects.

Starting pay is $18 per hour; work 10-20 hours per week between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm. Applicants should be current students with strong customer service, reliability, a flexible schedule, and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting issues with user accounts for the learning management systems as the first-tier support.
• Assisting patrons with BAUHUB, Office 365, and MyBAU services for academic purposes.
• Attending meetings as required.
• Performing assigned supporting roles in various IT projects for the academic department.
• Assisting with meeting minutes reports and taking down notes for meetings.
• Proposing ideas while doing research on technological trends.
