Five Below in Odessa, TX is seeking a Part Time Support Lead to oversee daily store operations and assist with onboarding and training of associates. You will help drive sales, supervise staff, ensure efficient stocking, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of management experience, and excellent communication. Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts. Benefits are available.
