Job summary

Five Below, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Support Lead for Fort Worth, TX. This part-time role trains crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service approach and supervises daily store operations to ensure a wow customer experience.

You will assist with opening/closing, stock handling, and onboarding new associates, while partnering with the store leadership to drive sales and maintain a positive, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Trains crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience.
• Ensures fast, friendly checkout for every guest.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving and stocking inventory.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Maintains opening/closing procedures and store operations.
