Job summary

Five Below in Houston, TX is seeking a part-time Support Lead to drive guest service and store operations. You will supervise crew, train staff on our BE S.T methods, and assist with stocking, opening/closing duties, and daily merchandising.

This role demands flexibility, strong communication, and a proactive approach to sales and cost control. The position requires a high school diploma (college experience preferred) and at least one year of management experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure quality service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle urgent issues.
• Open/close duties: secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and keep stock room organized.
