You will help manage cash handling, opening/closing, merchandising, customer engagement, and shipment processing in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role emphasizes leadership, multitasking, and adherence to store standards to drive KPIs and create memorable shopping experiences for guests and team members alike.

Qualificações

• 1+ year as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store; ensure recovery and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
