Job summary

MINISO USA in Florida seeks a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, cashiering, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help uphold store standards, support KPIs, and promote the store’s membership program to build customer loyalty.

You will train associates, manage opening/closing, support merchandising, cash handling, and shipment processing, creating a positive, energetic environment that drives success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual updates.
• Open and close the store; ensure compliance with safety and procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain professional attitude aligned with MINISO USA's commitments.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
