Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role supports KPIs, store standards, cash handling, merchandising, and shipment processing while promoting the store’s membership program to build loyalty.

Responsibilities include leading by example on sales, supervising staff, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring safety and operational compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Willingness to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store, ensuring recovery and cleanliness per safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Promote MINISO USA membership program to foster customer loyalty.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to meet business objectives.
