Qualifications

• Lead store operations and drive KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge.
• Manage replenishment, fronting, cashiering and merchandising.
• Open/close the store and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
