Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead (PT) to support store processes and a selling culture while upholding company standards. The OL will handle opening/closing, training, delegation, and daily tasks in a warehouse-style store, promoting safety and ethical conduct.

You will work closely with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, drive sales, maintain visuals, and ensure a clean, organized floor. Open availability, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• HS Diploma or equivalent completed.
• Clear background check.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform store opening and closing procedures and front-end tasks.
• Coordinate staffing with the Assistant Store Manager to meet traffic and sales goals.
• Plan daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks to deliver department goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention to keep store profitable.
• Lead and train team members, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment.
