At Home is seeking an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes and uphold company standards designed to drive sales. The role covers opening, closing, training, and task delegation while promoting safety, ethics, and compliance in a warehouse-format store.

The OL collaborates with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, manage tasks, and ensure inventory control, loss prevention, and customer experience are priorities. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and HS diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication and the ability to train and lead a team.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lb. and move merchandise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store operations and Front-End processes.
• Coordinate staffing with the Assistant Store Manager.
• Plan daily/weekly tasks and delegate to achieve goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
• Train, coach, and monitor team performance.
• Handle freight processes and maintain organized shelves.
• Open availability for nights and weekends.
