Job summary

At Home is seeking a part-time Operations Lead to support store processes and a selling culture while upholding company standards designed to drive sales. The role covers opening, closing, training, and task delegation with emphasis on safety and compliance in a warehouse-format store.

The OL works with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, manage tasks, and protect assets, delivering a productive, customer-focused store experience and initiatives for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures and ensure readiness.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing and customer experience.
• Plan daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks to meet goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention efforts.
• Train, coach, monitor, and appraise team performance.
• Handle freight processes and keep shelves stocked and organized.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and profitable store environment.
• Open availability for nights and weekends.
