Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to oversee daily store operations, train crew on the BEST customer service experience, and ensure fast, friendly checkout. You will manage opening/closing, cash handling, and stock organization, supporting onboarding and training to boost performance.

The role requires 18+ years old, High School diploma, and at least 1 year of management experience. Flexible schedule with day/evening/weekend shifts; Equal Opportunity Employer; benefits available.

• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures top service.
• Assists with receiving and stocking to keep the floor ready for customers.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations and staff issues.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, and ensures smooth daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to boost performance.
• Drives sales and manages expenses through merchandising and service quality.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and store processes.
