Responsibilities

• Provides premier customer service by ensuring crew members wow customers.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and ensures fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures staff perform duties effectively and professionally.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep sales floor replenished.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues as needed.
• Occasionally manages opening/closing duties including cash handling and security checks.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
