Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Part-time Key Holder to deliver an exceptional in-store experience, lead store partners, and drive sales performance. You will leverage product knowledge, strong service skills, and merchandising expertise to exceed store metrics and support leadership on daily operations.

The role emphasizes customer relationships, knowledge of promotions, and effective cash handling, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic retail team.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Be informed of current promotions and ads.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist in floor moves, displays and housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Accurately complete all sales transactions and manage cash at POS.
