Job summary

Boot Barn in California is seeking a Part-time Key Holder to deliver an exceptional in-store experience, drive sales, and support store partners with leadership and operations. You will become a product knowledge expert, uphold merchandising standards, and assist with stock and transactions at the POS.

As a Key Holder you will collaborate with the leadership team to develop staff, meet sales goals, and promote Boot Barn's values. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Be informed on current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and stock replenishment.
• Process merchandise and complete sales transactions at POS with accuracy.
• Partner with leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and comply with attendance policies.
• Adhere to laws and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
