Five Below is hiring for an hourly Crew Leader/Manager on Duty role in our stores. You will oversee daily store activities, train crew on customer service, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for every guest.

You will assist with receiving stock and managing operations while maintaining high service standards. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of management experience, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations and staff management.
