Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew provide fast, friendly checkout and WOW customer service.
• Oversee daily store activities and performance of associates.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking for efficient floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling operations, staff and urgent issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, doors, alarms, and daily setup.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales while managing expenses and merchandising.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising procedures.
• Perform general store maintenance and cleanliness.
