Job summary

MINISO USA in Texas is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive store KPIs. You will train and develop sales associates, maintain store appearance, handle cash, support promotions, and promote the membership program to build customer loyalty.

A high school diploma is required; associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and KPI goals.
• Assist store manager in training and developing associates.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, cash handling, merchandising.
• Open/close the store and ensure safety procedures.
• Promote MINISO USA membership program and customer engagement.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and maintain store appearance.
• Process transactions using POS systems and participate in promotions.
