Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will support cash handling, merchandising, and opening/closing tasks while actively promoting the store's membership program.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to travel between store locations as needed. Prior retail supervisory experience is preferred, with a High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Assist in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring recovery and cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
