Job summary

MINISO USA in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, train associates, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will handle cash, merchandising, opening/closing, and event participation while promoting the store’s loyalty program and maintaining a positive, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems

Responsibilities

Lead by example to drive sales and KPI goals
Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and engagement
Assist with daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising
Open/close the store and ensure safety and cleanliness
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed
Support loss prevention and store policies
Process transactions accurately at the register
Participate in promotions and events
