Job summary

The Shift Leader at MINISO USA in Texas will support the Store Manager in daily operations, train associates, and deliver exceptional customer service, driving KPIs and maintaining store standards.

You will handle cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and stock upkeep, promote the store's membership program, and foster a positive, energetic environment that contributes to memorable shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader role.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and multitasking abilities.
• Familiar with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train sales associates and ensure strong product knowledge.
• Assist with daily operations including replenishment, fronting, and cashiering.
• Open/close duties and ensure store is clean and safe.
• Promote the membership program and support promotions.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and maintain store standards.
