Job summary

MINISO USA in Austin, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist with cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, and shipment processing.

You’ll promote the store’s membership program to foster loyalty, maintain a positive, energetic environment, and drive KPI results while ensuring safety and compliance across tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store, ensure recovery and cleanliness, and comply with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events.
