Job summary

Five Below is hiring for an on-site hourly Store Manager on Duty at our U.S. stores. You will oversee daily store operations, train crew on the customer experience, manage opening/closing, and drive sales while controlling expenses.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact; trains crew on service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty; manage store operations, staff, and issues.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and performance.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance (cleaning, stock room, etc.).
