Job summary

Five Below is hiring for a crew manager role to lead daily store operations and drive exceptional customer service. You will train crew members, manage front-end processes, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow customers through personal contact and trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience for a fast, friendly checkout.
• Leads the store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals set by the District Manager.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards; ensures equipment works and staff are trained.
• Handles opening/closing procedures, upkeep, cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers.
• Performs store manager duties in the absence of the store manager.
• Collaborates with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members.
