Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment. You will lead store operations, coach a team, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while upholding Brand Standards and store policies.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance, while working to achieve KPIs, maximize sales, and maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive store atmosphere for both customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling and customer issues when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS Training Programs and goal setting.
• Administer the progressive steps of discipline to include verbal and written warning in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment and aligning with company objectives.
• Participate in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations.
• Assist in maintaining store appearance, inventory accuracy, and daily operations.
