Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support running a vibrant retail store. You will lead daily operations, coach team members, and ensure outstanding customer service aligned with our brand standards.

Based in the United States, you will drive sales, manage scheduling, and uphold store policies while delivering a positive guest experience and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs and goal setting.
• Administer progressive discipline including verbal and written warnings.
• Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper operations and procedures.
