Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a part-time role in a retail environment. You will lead daily store operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining merchandising standards.

You will be responsible for scheduling, training, and upholding company policies, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering a premium customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Manage store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Administer discipline and maintain a respectful, inclusive team environment.
• Schedule and staff the store and assist in recruiting and training personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
• Support in inventory management, cash handling, and store operations.
