Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager PT to lead daily operations at our retail location. You will drive sales through exceptional customer service, supervise associates, and ensure merchandise standards and store cleanliness.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus at least one year in a related retail role. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail experience or related sales role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate computer systems and POS software.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
